For the many of you that are increasing your hours, your time away from your family, and your risk of getting sick, thank you.
LeoAdventures was born out of a passion to provide gratitude to those who serve day-in and day-out and without complaint or excuse. It is at times like these that we want to extend our gratitude to the greatest degree.
In the coming weeks, please keep an eye on your email inbox for special deals that the LeoAdventures team is working to provide you with.
We also wanted to provide you a few simple tips & tricks to re-energize & decompress:
- Take a break from the news – while it is definitely important to be well informed, having the news on 24/7 can become draining and anxiety-inducing. So, take a break! Go for a quick walk or bust out some quick push-ups.
- Eat well – During stressful times, proper nutrition can make a world of difference in how you feel, your mood and over-all well being. MTN OPS is offering an awesome additional discount on some great nutrition for the month of April.
- Get some sleep – Many of you are working more hours than ever before, so every hour of sleep is crucial. When it is time for bed, shut your phone off and put it in a different room. Let your mind recover and rest. The National Sleep Foundation recommends shutting off all electronics 30 minutes before bed in order to get a more restful sleep.
- Talk to loved ones & let them know how you are doing – It is easy to keep to yourself when busy-ness and stress take over. Let your family and friends know that you love them and how you are handling the workload. You are not alone, and people care.
- Do something you love, even if for a few minutes – For me, this means watching an online elk hunt, tying a quick fly, or busting out a workout. Sometimes it is nice to get your mind off of the matters at hand and to dream about your passions. Sitka Gear has some awesome videos that will get you smilin’ & MTNTOUGH is offering LeoAdventures members 50% off of their 6-week, at-home, workout program.
Let us know how you are doing & know that we are working to express our gratitude in new ways.
You are not alone. You have our support. We will get through this, and we will be STRONGER as a result.

Adventure on…
